About
Edelquine Njoroge is a Kenyan-born, UK-based contemporary artist whose work explores identity, cultural heritage, and spirituality. Inspired by her African roots and diasporic experiences, she creates visually striking pieces that merge figurative and abstract elements, weaving stories of migration, ancestry, and empowerment.
Blending vibrant portraiture with celestial landscapes, Edelquine’s art bridges past and present, tradition and transformation. Her multidisciplinary background in 3D Art & Design and Interior Architecture brings depth, texture, and spatial awareness into her compositions, allowing her to craft immersive, emotionally resonant works.
Nature plays a central role in her creative process, symbolizing healing, resilience, and interconnectedness. Through abstraction and realism, she reimagines identity and history, challenging perceptions and sparking dialogue on cultural evolution and self-discovery. Her work has been showcased in multiple group exhibitions, including Black Listed Gallery in London, OSD, Celestireal Multimedia Studio, and the UK Diaspora Experience 2025 at White City Warehouse, with pieces held in private collections such as J. Senior Photography Studio in London.
At its core, Edelquine’s art is a celebration of heritage, transformation, and the power of storytelling. Each piece invites viewers to reflect on their journey, finding meaning in the ever-evolving nature of identity and expression.
